22 When I am with those who are weak, I share their weakness, for I want to bring the weak to Christ. Yes, I try to find common ground with everyone, doing everything I can to save some. 23 I do everything to spread the Good News and share in its blessings.

Lead Pastor

Matt McDonald took on the role of Lead Pastor in March of 2019. Before that, he joined the Common Ground Church Staff in 2012 where he spent the next 7 years leading the church's youth ministry, kids ministry, small groups ministry and led several other key areas in the church as the Associate Pastor. Matt has been married to his wife Kaitlin since 2009 and they have 4 kids. He enjoys Americanos, breakfast burritos, and basketball.
