Your First Visit

What to Expect When Visiting Our Kids Ministry for the First Time:

When you arrive, you will come to the CG Kids lobby to check-in. Our team will greet your family, check your child into our system, and will guide them to their age-appropriate room.

For first-time check-in, we will ask for some basic information to ensure your child’s safety and well-being. We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone.

  • Parent/guardian name(s)
  • Child's name
  • Child's birthdate
  • Home address
  • Phone number
  • Any special instruction (allergies, special needs, etc.)

How Check-in Works

Before Service: Check in your child with our Check-in Team in the kid's lobby. You and your child will receive matching name tags that are unique to your family and visit. Your child will wear their name tag, while you keep the matching safety tag.

During Service: If we need to contact you during the service, we will send a text to the phone number you provided. Please exit the worship center right away and find a staff member or Servant Leader, who will guide you to your child’s room

After Service: After the service, go to your child’s room and show your safety tag to pick them up. For safety reasons, we cannot release a child without the matching safety tag.

Meet our Kids Ministry Director

Jacque Jarrett

Kids Director & Executive Administrator

Jacque Jarrett joined the Common Ground Church leadership team in 2019. She serves as our Kid's Ministry Director and Executive Administrator. Jacque has been married to her husband Joe since 2010, and they have two daughters. Jacque is obsessed with cows, coffee, and Disney.
