Shaun Jaramillo
Associate Pastor
Shaun Jaramillo joined the Common Ground Church leadership team in 2018. He is the Associate Pastor and oversees the Production Team. Shaun has been married to his wife Amy since 2014, and they have a son. He is the man you call when you want to get stuff done...or need help with a movie reference.
Jacque Jarrett
Kids Director & Executive Administrator
Jacque Jarrett joined the Common Ground Church leadership team in 2019. She serves as our Kid's Ministry Director and Executive Administrator. Jacque has been married to her husband Joe since 2010, and they have two daughters. Jacque is obsessed with cows, coffee, and Disney.
Caleb Solano
Youth & Campus Director
Caleb Solano joined the Common Ground Church leadership team in 2022. He oversees the Youth & Campus Ministries and leads our photography team, among other things. He has been married to his wife, Maiya, since 2021, and they have a daughter. They grew up in the Youth Ministry and have a heart for the next generation. He is the guy you call to decode whatever the youth are saying these days!
Nicole Solano
Community Director
Nicole Solano joined the Common Ground Church leadership team in 2025. She serves as our Community Director as well as our Women's Ministry Director. Nicole has been married to her husband, Dom, since 2011, and they have 5 children and 1 grandbaby. Nicole likes plants. She loves God and people.
Jimmy Aragon
Worship Director
Jimmy Aragon joined the Common Ground Church leadership team in 2022. He serves as our Worship Director. Jimmy has been married to his wife Nicole since 2015, and they have 4 kids. Jimmy is obsessed with Spider-Man, shoes, plants, and tattoos.
Chris Armistad
Elder
Chris Armistad and his wife Amy, along with their three wonderful boys, have called Common Ground Church home since 2015. Chris joined the leadership team as an Elder in 2019. He loves spending time with his family, and his ideal downtime includes basketball, wings, and a great movie!
Ryan Dow
Elder
Ryan Dow and his family have been attending Common Ground Church since 2021. He joined the church leadership team as an elder in 2024. Ryan has been married to his wife, Madi, since 2017, and they have three children. He values his faith, family, and friends and has a purple belt in Jujitsu...just sayin.
