Matt McDonald
Lead Pastor
Matt McDonald took on the role of Lead Pastor in March of 2019. Before that, he joined the Common Ground Church Staff in 2012 where he spent the next 7 years leading the church's youth ministry, kids ministry, small groups ministry and led several other key areas in the church as the Associate Pastor. Matt has been married to his wife Kaitlin since 2009 and they have 4 kids. He enjoys Americanos, breakfast burritos, and basketball.
Shaun Jaramillo
Associate Pastor
Shaun Jaramillo joined the Common Ground Church leadership team in 2018. He oversees the overall connection process here at CGC. So if you're looking to get further connected, he is your guy. He also oversees the Production Team. Shaun has been married to his wife Amy since 2014 and they have one son. He is the man you call when you want to get stuff done...or need help with a movie reference.
Jacque Jarrett
Kids Ministry Director & Office Administrator
Jacque Jarrett joined the Common Ground Church leadership team in 2019. She serves as our Kid's Ministry Director and Office Administrator. Jacque has been married to her husband Joe since 2010, and they have two daughters. Jacque is obsessed with cows, coffee, and Disney.
Caleb Solano
Youth Director/Campus Director
Caleb Solano joined the Common Ground Church leadership team in 2022. He oversees the Youth & Campus Ministries and leads our photography team among other things. He has been married to his wife Maiya since 2021. They grew up in the Youth Ministry and have a heart for the next generation. He is the guy you call to decode whatever the youth are saying these days!
Jimmy Aragon
Worship Director
Jimmy Aragon joined the Common Ground Church leadership team in 2022. He serves as our Worship Director. Jimmy has been married to his wife Nicole since 2015, and they have 4 kids. Jimmy is obsessed with Spider-Man, shoes, plants, and tattoos.
