What is involved in leading a Group?

We are looking for candidates who are full of F.A.I.T.H.:

  • Faithful
    • I follow Jesus and help others follow Him as well.
  • Available
    • I am willing and able to serve.
  • Involved
    • I am active in my church community.
  • Teachable
    • I am humble and willing to learn, grow, and receive training and correction. 
  • Hungry
    • I am passionate for God, His Word, and His purpose.

There are of course other things that we ask of our Group Leaders which will be discussed in more detail after initial contact.
